This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 747ph strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
⚠️ Underage Gambling is Illegal. If 747ph determines that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 747ph Platform is intended for use by eligible residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 747ph makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to use the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.
2.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 747ph, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 747ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 747ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
3.3 KYC Verification. 747ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, and PRC ID.
3.4 Account Approval. 747ph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
747ph may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 747ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You agree to notify 747ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 747ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.3 747ph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 747ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. 747ph reserves the right to treat all transactions conducted through your account as valid and binding unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 4.2 above.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 747ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All payment information is subject to change; refer to the Platform's cashier section for the current list of available methods.
Prohibited Funding Methods: 747ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards. These methods are prohibited in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund an account using prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a compliance review of the account.
5.2 Own-Name Requirement. All payment accounts and bank accounts used to deposit or withdraw funds on 747ph must be registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your 747ph account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). These limits are subject to change at 747ph's discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a processing period. 747ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. 747ph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or compliance review.
5.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 747ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 747ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. 747ph will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.
6.1 747ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 747ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus arbitrage, or otherwise exploited promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6.3 747ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 6.4 Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Bonuses cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 8.3 Any unauthorized use of 747ph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which 747ph reserves all legal remedies.
9.1 Platform Availability. 747ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 747ph will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Maximum Liability. 747ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 747ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. 747ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
9.5 Gambling Losses. 747ph is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the Platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily, and players accept the inherent risk of loss associated with gambling activities.

13.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that 747ph has acted in violation of applicable gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
